What’s included in the 14-day trial?
The Plus trial includes the CRM, website tools, power dialer, SMS, marketing, transactions, e-signatures, and AI, with the normal Plus plan usage allowances. No credit card is required. The trial starts after email confirmation.
What happens after the trial?
Plus is $125 per month. Billing is required to continue after the trial. Essentials and Pro Plus are also available; calling, SMS, seats, and usage vary by plan.
Can existing contacts be imported?
Yes. Contacts can be imported by CSV, with tags, notes, and activity kept in the CRM. The Pickets team can help with setup during the trial.
Is MLS property search included?
Pickets supports IDX property search and saved searches. Live listing availability depends on the MLS, licensing, approval, and agent eligibility; MLS access is not automatically activated by starting a trial.
Does the AI assistant send without approval?
The assistant prepares offers, forms, messages, and signature requests for review. Sending requires confirmation. Separately configured smart plans and scheduled automations run when enabled.
Is there an iPhone or iPad app?
Yes. Pickets has a native iPhone and iPad app alongside the web workspace, with connected contacts, calls, tasks, deals, and documents.
