Real estate agents using Pickets.ai are data controllers for their client data. We process this data on their behalf as a data processor. Agent client data (buyer/seller contacts, showing requests, etc.) is isolated per tenant and only accessible by the agent and their authorized team members.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3), role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Database access is restricted and monitored.

5. MLS/IDX Data

MLS listing data displayed on agent websites is subject to the terms of our data license agreements with participating MLS boards. This data is used solely for authorized IDX display purposes and is not sold or shared beyond the intended use.
