Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Pickets.ai, you agree to these terms. If you're using the service on behalf of a brokerage or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

Pickets.ai provides a software-as-a-service platform for real estate professionals including website hosting, CRM, power dialer, marketing automation, and related tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be a licensed real estate professional or authorized representative to use agent-level features.

4. Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided only as required by law.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform (contacts, communications, content). We do not claim ownership of your data. Upon account cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted.

6. MLS Data Compliance

You agree to comply with all MLS rules regarding IDX display. You will not scrape, redistribute, or misuse MLS data displayed on your website. Violations may result in immediate termination.

7. TCPA Compliance

You are responsible for obtaining proper consent before using the power dialer or SMS features to contact consumers. Pickets.ai provides compliance tools but does not guarantee compliance — you must understand and follow TCPA, state telemarketing laws, and DNC requirements.

8. Fair Housing

You agree to comply with the Fair Housing Act and all anti-discrimination laws. Content that violates Fair Housing rules is prohibited and may result in account termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pickets.ai is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost revenue, missed leads, or damages arising from service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
